• Details of what you have for hire/rent. e.g. Caravan/Static Home, number of berths, facilities/features etc. Give a description which will be appealing to potential visitors - this will increase your chances of renting;
• The location of your holiday home - as well as indicating the town and county it may help to give a short description of the surrounding area;
• Any nearby places of interest which you think people may be interested in when staying;
• Nearby activities which you think people may be interested in if they were on holiday;
• The price that you are looking for rent. This may include different prices at different times of the year;
• Any photographs that you have which would help advertise your holiday home.
