Our Service Provider

CARMAILER.CO.UK provides this service via the service provider HOSTINGUK.  CARMAILER.CO.UK will continue running vehicle advertisements only while HOSTINGUK provide a reliable service to CARMAILER.CO.UK.

Placing Your Advertisement

By placing your advert with us, you are requesting that your  advertisement appears on our website. No contract is made between us until we have checked your advert and verified that your payment has been accepted.

By placing your e-mail address for display on our website your accept that you may be contacted by anyone via the internet.  This is done at your own request. 

Payment for Your Advert

Payment for your adverisement will be accepted using our payment services provider PAYPAL.COM. Your credit card details will be accepted using the s servers provided by PAYPAL.COM.

Your Vehicle Advertisement

Each advertisement must be for one item only. Your advert must be for something which is owned by you, it must be honest and truthfully reflects the item which is being advertised.

Cancellations to Adverts

You may cancel your advert for any reason at any time. If we have received a cancellation after payment has been accepted then we will not be able to issue a refund. If cancellation is received before payment is accepted then no payment will be taken and your advert will be deleted from our system

Our Liability

Where we have accepted your advert and payment and it does not appear on our site you shall be entitled to a full refund of the advert price unless the omission is caused by circumstances outwith our control. Our liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed the total cost payed by you to Car Mailer at the time the advert was placed.
